Announcement on Cancellation of AQSIQ License of Celestial Treasure Limited

Recently Chinese AQSIQ revoked registration of AQSIQ license of a Hong Kong Company Celestial Treasure Limited, as it acted against Class B warning twice in 90 days.

Information Reference:

China AQSIQ implements classification management and dynamic evaluation system over overseas suppliers according to the goods quality and operation conditions of quality system as well as the integrity level.

AQSIQ will release Class A warning and revokes its registration of AQSIQ license, if one of following cases happens to the registered overseas suppliers:

1) Provide false entry documents;

2) Transfer or lend AQSIQ license or license number to other companies to export;

3) Practice fraud during export of recyclable materials to China；

4) There is serious failure of environmental protection items or severe epidemic risk on materials exported to China;

5) During Class B warning period, the similar Class B warning situation reoccurs;

6) Not cooperate on shipment return;

7) Transport the unqualified waste materials, which have been returned, to China mainland again;

8) Not accept the supervision and management or being found not meeting the provisions of Article 8 of AQSIQ Decree No. 119 during the follow-up of on - site supervision and inspection.

China AQSIQ will release Class B warning, and Inspection and Quarantine institutions will implement a 90 - day full inspection to its output waste materials, if one of following cases happens to the registered overseas suppliers:

1) Within one year, goods or environmental items fail to meet the requirements more than three batches (including 3 batches);

2) Failed in quarantine inspection and have greater epidemic risk;

3) Regain registration of AQSIQ license, after being revoked in accordance with the provisions of Article 24;

4) Defects being found on quality control system during on-site inspection.
